CONNEXTIONS APPOINTS HEAD OF HEALTHCARE DIVISION
Seasoned Professional to Serve as SVP and Health Unit's General Manager
ORLANDO, FL - November 6, 2008 - Connextions Inc. announced today that it has appointed Leslie Pecci to oversee overall management - including strategy development, client services, operations and sales - for ConnextionsHealth, the company's healthcare unit. ConnextionsHealth is a leading business process outsourcing firm, helping many of the nation's largest and best-known health insurance plans to acquire, retain and service members.
Mrs. Pecci brings more than 20 years of experience to her role, having served in numerous executive and senior management positions. She also founded and served as the Managing Principal of Pecci LLC Consulting, where she assisted major health plans on change management, leadership development, contact center operations, talent management and customer life cycle management.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Business Development for Convergys Corporation, where she provided customer service solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and Senior Director of Client Development and Implementation for Convergys' Customer Management Group, one of the world's largest outsourcing firms. She also served as Senior Director and Integration Manager for MATRIXX Marketing - a Convergys predecessor company - where she led the integration and contract between MATRIXX and AT&T American Transtech, an acquisition valued at $500 million. Previously, she was Senior Director of Operations Development for AT&T Solutions Customer Care for 15 years.
In announcing the appointment, Connextions Inc.
