As the leader of Connextions' Health Division, Leslie Pecci drives strategic development and client services in support of many of the nation's most respected health plans. During her tenure, ConnextionsHealth has grown to be recognized as the health insurance industry's premier member acquisition, growth and retention company.

Ms. Pecci's successful growth and retention strategies are grounded in cutting-edge business intelligence and based on the principle that every interaction represents a revenue opportunity for the client. She is hyper-focused on helping clients take their strategies to the next level in driving new membership and persistency via the best possible experience for healthcare consumers. The foundation of her success in the industry is the development and mentorship of strong agent and management teams who emulate her passion and sense of urgency.

Previously, she was Primary Consultant of Pecci Consulting LLC, which specialized in change management, leadership development, contact center management, talent management and customer lifecycle management. She is the former Vice President of Business Development for Convergys Corporation, where she developed customer service solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Leslie was Senior Director of Client Development and Implementation for Convergys. Customer Management Group, one of the world's largest outsourcing firms.

Ms. Pecci also served as Senior Director and Integration Manager for MATRIXX Marketing - a Convergys predecessor company - where she led the integration and contract between MATRIXX and AT&T American Transtech, an acquisition valued at $500 million. She also served as Senior Director of Operations Development for AT&T Solutions Customer Care for fifteen years.
