Rob Panepinto has earned an industry-wide reputation for innovative leadership in driving strong revenue growth through best practice acquisition, retention and service solutions. He has served in a number of management roles that have enabled Connextions to emerge from a start-up organization into a leading integrated and technology-enabled business process outsourcing services provider. In addition to his operational involvement, Panepinto was responsible for developing Connextions' first business development, marketing, and sales initiatives.

As the leader of Connextions' internal Professional Services team, the Client Practice Group, Mr. Panepinto has ownership of the company's value-added commitment to its clients. In that capacity, he manages the development and implementation of solutions to help our healthcare clients grow, retain and serve their members. He often speaks and writes on B2B and B2C growth, retention and service best practices, solutions and trends in both the healthcare and broader corporate arenas

Mr. Panepinto is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on their National Healthcare Forum. He is a board member of the Central Florida Zoological Society, the Community Foundation of Orlando and Workforce Central Florida.

He earned his undergraduate degree from New York University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications from Fordham University.
